Part of this is the Intel Aero Compute Board, running Linux on a Quad-core CPU.
The other part is an STM32 microcontroller that is connected to it and that runs PX4 on Nutt X.
Therefore a I2C splitter has to be used to connect the Lidar Lite (see picture).
When I "upgraded" though I chose to completly reinstall my OS.

) In Managing Windows windows and Follow-up: Managing Windows windows we talked about, and you shared, some interesting window management scenarios that we might address in Windows 7.

I did not test Aero prior to doing a fresh install but considering it came from the factory with Windows 7 on it I figured it should be able to support Aero. I was surprised to find my screensaver not working with the message "the screensaver can't run because it requires a newer video card or one thats compatible with Direct3D".
I tried using the Aero Activator and that didn't work either. This error happened recently after I reinstalled my Windows 7... MY LAPTOP HAS BEEN SENT BACK FOR REPAIR TWICE TO ASUS FOR THE SAME ISSUE.
